The MusicianThere are many styles of music and many different ways to enjoy them. This is only comparable to the number of people on the planet who invented them. Throughout history, various evolutions of traditions have used music as part of their cultures, ceremonies and religions. However, one thing has always been unique in all of these things: the musicians themselves, the ones who make the music. These unsung misfits have stood the test of time and are the common thread throughout the story that has taken the time to reflect on this beautiful kingdom. The thinkers who have invested much of their lives in inventing and reinventing the muse. Many people listen to music in many different ways. They create a style or pattern of listening that brings out the most enjoyment for them. However, simply being a music listener only scratches the surface of the music enjoyment experience. There's another layer or "dimension", if you will, underneath. This dimension is reserved for those who receive 'the spirit meant to inspire poets'. The musician creates as well as listens. He will meditate on the music with a deeper appreciation, with more feeling, and he will do it all out of love. Musicians are born just like anyone else, but somewhere they notice something happening in their heads, like an inner orchestra starting to play. It begins with one or more instruments resonating distinctly and clearly within their "third ears". Over time, this turns into a need to express what is playing in their head outside of their heads. They become a player. Thus begins the journey of learning to express, on a 'physical device', all the wonderful sounds and melodies they have invented and have yet to invent in their heads. The ear begins to develop a different way of listening. Become able to very precisely separate the sounds of various instruments and various melodies. The more the individual practices, the better this gift becomes. Otherwise, frustration may set in when the music inside cannot be "physically" played outside. Mozart could hear entire symphonies playing in his head with the ability to write down every note without ever picking up or listening to an instrument..
