The reasons why people are successful in their careers are probably as many as the number of successful people. When we start to think about the qualities that these people possess, it becomes evident that we can classify or categorize them into some specific groups: those who really love their work, those who are obsessed with their work (or want to be the 'best'; or are afraid to fail), those who are fortunate to possess exceptional talent in their field, and those who have planned their work and carried out their plan. Perhaps, as I describe them, you will identify which group of people applies to you with a successful career that I would like to talk about are those who simply love their work.
