The introduction of technology into education has revolutionized the quality of teaching and learning outcomes over the past decade. The integration of technology into teachers' classroom lessons has become so natural that both teachers and students consider computers and related applications for education as “a routine component of the classroom and educational processes in general” (Nuldén, 1999 cited in Buzzard et al. ., 2011, pp.131-139). Whether technology integration has positive or negative impacts on teaching and learning has been given increasing attention and a great deal of research has been conducted to explore the issue. As a matter of fact, the question of whether teacher training on the use of technology in the classroom contributes to student achievement is still a never-ending discussion. This essay will explain two reasons why such training results in positive academic outcomes for students and a set of training guidelines that can be followed. The first explanation for the efficiency of teacher training in using technology in the classroom for students lies in the actual influence of computers. science on student motivation and improvement. It is said that in the last century, despite the rapid invasion of technology into human life and the huge money spent on educational technology in schools, there has been no significant improvement in education (Zhao and Frank, 2003, p. 807 ). -840). However, researchers have exposed the myths of such phenomenon and stated that technology, on the other hand, has a great impact on the performance of students and teachers in schools around the world.
