This essay will discuss the issue of migration. Migration is the movement of humans from one place to another. There are two types of migration: immigration and emigration. Immigration is the movement of people into the country and emigration is the movement of human beings, who want two countries to leave voluntarily or involuntarily. Economic, religious, educational and social problems are the reasons for migration. Humanity often migrates to modern, rich and multicultural countries, cities with a high economy and good standard of living such as Prague, Germany, London, Los Angeles, New York and Shanghai. I would like to take inspiration from the city of Shanghai. Shanghai is one of the cities with the most developed economy because many people come to the city to find work. During the years 1983 and 2000 the number of migrant workers increased from 0.5 million to 3.87 million. A large percentage of migrant workers work in the manufacturing sector (25.8%). 19.6% and 13.9% of people earn money in construction and trade respectively.
