This meeting was attended by Hermann Göring, Reinhard Heydrich, Joseph Goebbels and Walter Funk. The purpose of these meetings was to do two things that would make the Jews responsible for Kristallnacht. This meant that the Jews were forced to pay for property damage that occurred as a result of the event and also had to pay a punishment of one billion Reichsmarks due to the assassination of Vom Rath. The second objective that this conference wanted to achieve was to enact new anti-Semitic laws which during his speech Göring states: “and I implore the relevant agencies to take all measures for the elimination of the Jews from the German economy and to submit them to me. " This meeting is fundamental because it marks another important point in the path that leads to what is called the “Finale”.
