Diversity refers to a group of people who are different from other people than most people; however diversity is not a group of people because each of us is unique in age, gender, race, ideas, imagination, opinions, ethnicity, religion, cultural beliefs, special talents and a variety of other unique things. Diversity can provide many opportunities for entrepreneurs because as more immigrants enter the United States, the more diverse our nation becomes, one of the things immigrants bring is their language. It is difficult to communicate with people who are not familiar with the English language because some countries do not offer a second language to learn. If our country were not diversified we would lack communication with other countries. If companies hired people who could speak a foreign language, they would have more opportunities to communicate with customers and other companies.
